Our BUILD & FORTIFY 12 Week Strength & Conditioning Program can be performed at your local gym or home gym.  This program is a time efficient, effective lifting cycle coupled with related accessories and conditioning to keep your body well-balanced while you pursue progress in your deadlift, squat, bench, strict press and general fitness.  This program is perfect for those who want a straight-forward program to build and fortify their foundation of strength and overall fitness.  No running workouts are prescribed in this program (as opposed to our other programs MINT CONDITION and HIGH POWERED).
