Our HIGH POWERED 12 Week Strength & Conditioning Program can be performed at your local gym or home gym. This program is a time efficient, effective lifting cycle coupled with related accessories and conditioning.  Build your strength (focused on the deadlift, squat, bench, strict press), athleticism and overall fitness with this balanced approach to training.  High Powered includes additional squat days, heavy duty lifting percentages, and a more intense powerlifting focus than our other training programs (MINT CONDITION and BUILD & FORTIFY).
